Wrike has been on a journey over the past few years and it has been great to be a part of. I have had great learnings and opportunities. Wrike is turning into a mature company which means this company is growing in the right way. This is what I want to be part of. I've been in start ups with impossible promises. I like transparency and honesty at Wrike. The platform is also great. I've used many platforms like Wrike in different roles and it is the best. It's so versatile and innovative. The benefits are great: WfH, Health Insurance, They pay into a Pension (big bonus), free lunch

Cons

Every company has had it's Ups and Downs over the past few years and change can be constant. Please continue to communicate this change and Why behind it.

the unprofessional HRBP and incompetent managers, communication about the changes are coming at the last moment and the worst is that changes in organization structure are every couple of months
