      Pros

      People are great, if you are lucky and get into a nice team it’s likely you will have supportive and helpful colleagues. Benefits are good/competitive. It might be a good starting point for entry level professionals

      Cons

      While upper management will get promoted a lot IC level roles rarely get promotions. Continuing re-organization of the teams and expectation of working for three people No feedback culture

      Overall great but could definitely make improvements

      Pros

      - Great benefits - The vast majority of people there are fantastic; smart, creative, collaborative, very friendly - The product itself is brilliant and it allows for fairly seamless processes

      Cons

      - All the back and forth with different partners and acquisition of the company over the last year has lead to a lot of problems - lack of transparency, serious lack of opportunity for career progression, blurred lines with some teams and roles, etc. A lot of people left during this time and their roles weren't replaced, leaving all the work to the rest of the team. - Although I loved my role, there was really no room for moving up, and this wasn't ever discussed. It leads to a drop in motivation.
