Pros

Free food, unlimited PTO, flexible working hours/ability to work remotely, awesome people, supportive team members, direct line to C-level executives, amazing office events (parties, happy hours, movie nights, BBQs, etc)

Cons

This is not a place to put your feet up and coast. Wrike is a work hard/play hard kind of place. If you are willing to put in the effort, it is definitely a rewarding place to work.

Pros

I am so impressed by Wrike. They have really made me feel valued as an employee. They are incredibly invested in everyone they hire, and they make a point to set us up for success. This is the only company I have been to that actually gave me formal training to prepare me for my job - 5 whole weeks of learning the product in depth and making sure I'm ready for customer facing conversations. This is unheard of the silicon valley, where most companies throw you into insane situations on your first day and its either sink or swim. At Wrike, they actually teach you how to swim before expecting you to get in the water. As someone who is newer to the team, I can honestly say that every single person I have met is welcoming and happy to answer questions and collaborate. I felt like part of the family on day one, and have felt that way every day since. The culture is great - I have worked with and spent time with people from all teams both in and outside of work. It's a positive environment and I actually look forward to coming into the office. It's a really unique place in that I actually have met people in all of our offices. Wrike really makes a point of staying a family, no matter which location you work in.

Cons

Nothing so far, but I would like to give some advice to anyone looking to apply: Wrike is an incredible company and a great place to work, but be prepared to work hard. This is not the kind of place where you can skate by doing the minimum. The perks here are killer, but they are there to reward the employees who earn them. Everyone I have met here works really hard and is constantly looking to improve the company. Wrike is well established, but still growing and innovating, and everyone who is hired is expected to have that same growth mindset and contribute to it.
