Poor leadership, tough times ahead.

While we feel we do this well as a company, we also adhere to the internal value of "Growth" and continuous improvement. In the last two months since you posted this review, we have already taken steps to enhance the employee experience for Wrikers. We have introduced career progression plans for several areas of the company and are beginning to scale this process across the rest of the organization. We have also made strides in increasing transparency and engagement between leadership and employees, by adding new channels for employee feedback and focusing company communications to be more centered around the things that matter most to Wrikers.
