Great environment and culture

Pros

-Fun open-office culture. Workers genuinely care about each other and enjoy socializing after work. -Relaxed environment, but everyone has a strong work ethic and sense of responbility. -Autonomy given to employees to get work done. There are no micro-managers here. You're trusted to get your work done on time and with good quality. -Great benefits and perks: health benefits, free lunch, lots of snacks, flexible work schedule.

Cons

It can be very quiet in the office at times, which is not for everyone.
