Pros

-Easy & quick sale -No experience necessary -Free Lunches & Healthcare -Free Trip to Mexico (if you get hired at the right time and make it)

Cons

This place has absolutely no growth potential whatsoever. You are better off literally anywhere else. You can learn this job in a week, and then repeat the same task no matter how long you are here. There is no professional development and you can't take these skills anywhere else in your career. They only offer stock option to select employees that "drink from the kool aid", which seems secretive to the other employees. Management in San Diego is weak and is run more like a fraternity. There is a lot of inner office gossip and "mingling" going on so you question what peoples motives for being here are. Do you want to work or do you want to socialize? You won't learn much about professionalism or business in general here. They require you stay late hours, even though the job takes significantly less time than what they force on you. The pay is less than what other organizations offer.

Pros

I have just joined Wrike as an Account Executive and all I can say so far is WOW. Everything from my recruitment process to my first few weeks have been seamless. The recruiting lead was responsive, positive and helpful throughout and I was genuinely excited to join and work with this incredible team. Free lunch, company outings, comprehensive benefits and generous holidays are some more great perks. I'm really excited to see the company continue to grow and I hope the culture that is currently in place is maintained as it's really hard to find.

Cons

Nothing worth mentioning so far
