Great perks, but toxic environment.

Pros

Very fast pace start up feel with Silicon Valley type perks. It's very easy to make quick money and go home. The perks are great as well - catered lunches, lavish offices with ping pong, gaming systems and fully stocked with snacks and drinks. The unlimited PTO is also a solid plus.

Cons

Biggest con is that there is absolutely no room for growth. One minute the company is headed in one direction and they apply all resources to it and the next, they flip a 180. When a company is as big as Wrike, you no longer have the flexibility to do so, burning a lot of personnel in the process and hindering a lot of career development. A lot of promises of raises and promotions are lost and creates a bitter environment. Another huge issue is management. Or should I say, lack thereof. The San Jose office is well run and has great company culture. The San Diego office is a glorified frat house with gossip, rumors, and a toxic work environment. The severe lack of leadership in the San Diego office contributes to this environment. There's also absolutely no transparency from management to other employees which leaves employees to their imagination. The combination of the gossipy environment and the lack of transparency creates an even more toxic environment. Rumors of job cuts and the company failing run wild on a daily basis.

Pros

Wrike is full of opportunities for the ambitious team players. Both New Business and Expansion functions are set to grow. A lively environment for a hustler. Wrike is particularly good if you are early in your career. Generous commission.

Cons

Client base is dominated by SMBs. Hitting target is not easy.

Employees are not valued

Pros

- Fun people - Work hours are not crazy - Solid business that doesn't rely heavily on funding

Cons

- Low pay - Doesn't offer stock to all employees - Employees are not kept in the loop about the business. Very secretive - High turnover rate - Cheap management Wrike could benefit from investing in its employees and showing they care about their employees by offering stock, higher wages on the offer, or at least providing a raise to employees who have put in more time, and including employees in all facets of the business so they are aware of what is going on around the entire company.
