Pros

My experience working for Wrike has been amazing thus far! Wrike goes above and beyond to foster a great company culture where people not only enjoy what they do but who they work with. The perks and benefits they offer employees are a great touch - catered lunch, fully stocked kitchen, unlimited PTO, comprehensive health benefits. Management is easily accessible and invested in supporting staff. There is a lot of growth happening in the company which is exciting!

Pros

Working here I have received so much guided support tailored to my personal professional growth plan. The entire company is very flat, giving you access to executive leaders in all departments. This org cares so much about having happy and engaged employees, and it shows. Aside from all the stated perks— free lunch, unlimited PTO, stocked kitchen, etc.—I love my team, I love what I do and I love the flexibility and opportunities I have while working here. Planning to stay for a long time! Oh and this isn’t one of those places where they say you have unlimited vacation time and then judge you for taking it. This is one of those places that yells at you when you respond to an email while you should be in vacation mode.

Cons

Like any company, Wrike is still trying to work the kinks out of certain processes, but they are always open to honest feedback and actually take it seriously.
