      Great working environment - so much room for growth

      Pros

      Free food, unlimited PTO, flexible working hours/ability to work remotely, awesome people, supportive team members, direct line to C-level executives, amazing office events (parties, happy hours, movie nights, BBQs, etc)

      Cons

      This is not a place to put your feet up and coast. Wrike is a work hard/play hard kind of place. If you are willing to put in the effort, it is definitely a rewarding place to work.

      Pros

      The culture here is great, and the company definitely invests resources to help its young staff grow professionally. Very relaxed working atmosphere (e.g. shorts and t-shirts on a daily basis), along with catered lunches every day. The product is solid and ripe for continued growth, considering market conditions do not drastically change.

      Cons

      Pay here is generally below market rate for nearly every position outside of executive roles. The ability to grow rapidly and advance career growth makes up for this, but the difference in pay does need to be noted. Recently there has also been a fair amount of employee turnover.

      Super nice people. Great team atmosphere.

      Cons

      Growing pains caused by lack of direction and trying to do thing too cheaply. Get the best solution not the cheapest.
