Pros
Culture is very collaborative, warm and welcoming. I constantly find myself learning about the SaaS space and am constantly challenged with the appropriate resources. Not only is my direct team amazing to work with, but I am engaged and working closely with other departments and helping build something special. Expect lots of hard work, but a lot of laughs and fun! Room for growth in every department!
Cons
Minor things that come with a growing/scaling company. These issues are growing pains that are addressed or at least have a plan of action to correct.
