Pros

Most employees can work remotely.

Cons

Lots of corporate change - being acquired, then severing ourselves from them, then leadership change, there have been multiple layoffs, huge increased workload, people are quitting

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that the last changes the business have been challenging, and we appreciate your patience and resilience through these times. The ability to work remotely is indeed valued by our team, and we are glad you highlighted this. We recognize that these changes have increased workloads and, unfortunately, led to some departures. Please know we are actively taking steps to enhance our capabilities and manage workloads more effectively. We value our employees’ well-being and are committed to creating a supportive and transparent environment. Your feedback is meaningful in this process, and we encourage you to reach out to HR or your manager to discuss how we can better support you and the team. Julia, HR BP GTM org

Pros

Wrike is always evolving and changing. Leadership is all very level headed. Leaders that are currently in place are a bit soulless (as in no personality, which is fine), but they're really solid in terms of slowing down the frequent changes to the org. They're in favor of slower changes and analyzing impact prior to change. Very welcome for those of us with change fatigue.

Cons

Lots of chaos over the last couple years. More than your standard tech company and it's been challenging to work under varied conditions and different leadership. Acquisitions, org restructures, etc. We don't get very many of the tech job benefits anymore (fun thing like swag, gym membership compensation, etc). Hoping we get back to that post-2024.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience at Wrike. We appreciate your recognition of our evolving leadership style and our efforts to manage change more thoughtfully. We understand that the past few years have been challenging due to changes in the business, and we have launched a number of initiatives this year designed to help reinforce organizational culture, including a revamp of company values and a series of pulse surveys to help us understand opportunities for improvement and measure progress. Regarding the benefits, we are regularly reviewing our policies to better meet our team’s needs while achieving our business goals. Thank you for your review. We are committed to continuous improvement and wish you the best in your future endeavors. Julia, HR BP GTM org
