Pros

Remote position, friendly, knowledgeable leaders and team, decent commission structure, compelling product in the field.

Cons

Fully remote work can be a little difficult and there weren't many opportunities to get together with a dispersed team.

Thank you for sharing your insights as a former member of our team. We're delighted to hear that you valued the flexibility of our remote work setup, the support of our leaders, and the camaraderie among colleagues. Your acknowledgment of our competitive commission structure and the appeal of our product is greatly appreciated. We understand the challenges of maintaining team cohesion in a fully remote environment, especially for dispersed teams. We are actively exploring avenues to enhance collaboration and connection among team members, even in remote settings. Your feedback is invaluable as we continuously strive to create a more engaging and inclusive work environment for our employees. If you have any further insights or suggestions, please feel free to share them with us at hr@team.wrike.com Claire, GTM HRBP

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your contributions during your time with us. We're pleased to hear that you valued the great people and culture here, as we believe our team is the cornerstone of Wrike's success. We understand the unease that can come with team and leadership transitions, especially for those whose roles are impacted during an organizational restructure. While we will always make every effort to avoid impacting headcount where possible, please know that any decisions to reshape or right-size the organization are made out of business necessity, in order to ensure the sustainability of our business in the face of evolving market demands. We are committed to maintaining the essence of our culture that makes Wrike special, even as we navigate through periods of change. Part of this process involves actively listening to current and former employees and taking action to address concerns. We believe that with our new leadership, we are on a path to not only preserve but also enhance our culture and operational effectiveness. We genuinely appreciate your insights and welcome you to share any additional feedback or suggestions at hr@team.wrike.com. Julia, HR BP, CSO org
