Pros

Besides the catered lunches, company trips/offsite happy hours, sales kick-offs in Mexico, and an awesome company culture, Wrike is the best place to work because of the product and because of the people. Wrike wouldn't be where it is today without the team inside and the clients outside. The product speaks for itself and Wrike knows how to take care of their employees so everyone is in a WIN-WIN situation. Ps. the snacks/food provided on a daily basis are pretty amazing.

Cons

There really aren't many downsides of working at Wrike. Compared to working at other tech companies like Apple or Facebook, we don't have a chef on staff, laundry services, or masseuses, so if those things are important I'd maybe reconsider.
