Pros

Work life balance, compensation, culture in office & meet ups outside of work hours, snack and endless coffee.

Cons

At this point I don't have any cons that are related to the company...I wish that my commute was not the length that it currently is, but for the company they do a great job accommodating the commute.

Pros

Nice group of people, great offices with sit-stand desks, MAC's as standard tech, good benefits like healthcare, dental, free meals and snacks.

Cons

It may just be the Dublin office but Wrike definitely seems to have a "type", and if you don't fit that bill you'll find it hard to fit in. It genuinely seems that all the people who do well here are in their 20's and 30's with a "party hard" attitude (it's standard for everyone to be drinking at the weekly staff meeting and most social events seem to centre around alcohol e.g. the monthly company sponsored event "Thirsty Thursdays"). The company is growing very rapidly and struggling to put the appropriate foundations for larger successful business in place, but no one wants to hear suggestions for how things could be improved. They seem to only want "yes-men" who love the party-hard culture (if that's you you'll love it here but if you are someone who doesn't drink the kool-aid and perhaps challenges the status quo, you'll probably be miserable). A lot of managers have been promoted from within so don't have the experience needed to really manage and coach their teams, which adds to the "party-hard, figure it out as you go" culture but is very frustrating if you're trying to develop professionally.

Pros

Great set of benefits Lots of extra-work activities Flexibility Some people are nice and friendly

Cons

Do not apply unless you do not have connections with current employees or you will be excluded and made redundant very quickly Some managers are completely unskilled and should not manage a team Behind the fake impression of a happy place there is a company exploiting you and putting too much pressure If you have some personal issues that may affect your work schedule you will be excluded and made redundant without the staff helping you Flexibility is only faked, in reality you will be expected to work at least 10 hours a day
