Pros

Good product with bad management

Cons

Large number of sales reps do not pass probation . Once permanent, if reps achieve below 80% of target a mandatory coaching plan happens for two months, followed by a formal PIP, with an automatic termination of contract. There is constant pressure and stress put on reps. Definitely not a place for job security or career growth. Read other reviews and don't make the mistake we all did! Positive reviews are not from sales (except the management) Wrike has fallen, do not be sucked into it if you value your mental well being.

To the Author; As always we value all feedback and appreciate that it takes time and effort to provide constructive feedback. We recognize we can always improve as a business. We are sorry to hear that you did not fully enjoy your experience during your time. Like all high performing sales organizations our sales team have targets to achieve so that Wrike can continue to strengthen as a business while we focus on sustainability for the future. Coaching plans have been implemented by leadership to help support our sales team and to show flexibility where possible while still driving results and adapting our selling motion to suit the current challenging climate. Wrike aims to support and empower all employees across the business, aiming to improve performance where needed, and helping to reach an acceptable and expected level of output. Thank you again for your time in providing us with valuable feedback, we appreciate your hard work and dedication over the last three years. People Operations

Pros

free food & Mac laptop (the basic standards of any tech comany)

Cons

It's hard to know where to ever start here.... Sales management are so focused on old school sales tactics that aren't working and instead of being open and listening to other approaches they set unrealistic KPI's around doing the same thing over and over again .....given this approach and the level of micromanagement it's no surprise that so many of the team are missing their targets and constantly looking over their shoulder waiting to see if they'll be next in line to be fired over a 2 min Zoom call

To the author: We are truly apologetic that you have been left feeling this way in your current role. We understand and appreciate that things are quite turbulent at the moment across the board given the current economic climate. We have implemented a number of different programs to ensure our teammates' well-being is top of mind (weekly yoga, meditation, virtual coffee with HR, rest and relaxation days, etc.). Our aim is to move fast as a leadership team and hope that we inspire our team to follows us as we navigate this difficult time for our business and the economy. As we look forward, the company goal for sustainability means that we must approach our company objectives and KPIs aggressively in order to build a strong company for the future. Confirming that no employee has been ‘fired’ over a 2 min zoom call in any of Wrikes global offices. We’d like to learn more about your experience and some of the items you’re bringing up. A conversation with People Ops would be really valuable to us. We would hope you feel comfortable to reach our local core HR team so we can have a discussion about this and learn more. To the author: Thank you for your feedback and for sharing some of your concerns. We recognise that over the last 12 weeks [early announcement of covid] there have been some unsettling moments for our business and the economy overall. We understand that at times like this pressure has increased across the board and we believe we must come together to work even harder to ensure that our business is set up for success, not just for the remainder of 2020 but for many years to come. Since 2015, Dublin has acted as our EMEA HQ, growing our workforce to 100+ employees. Wrike considers our EMEA HQ to be a critical part of the global puzzle for our continued success. Our senior management team is of VP or Senior Director level responsible for each respective department in EMEA. Wrike is confident that with this mix of experience and responsibility the operational role of a GM is spread across this senior leadership team. We are working on improving our communication as a whole and strengthening our internal messaging for all important updates to the business, this includes communication of leavers from Wrike. We’d like to learn more about your experience and some of the items you’re bringing up. A conversation with People Ops would be really valuable to us. We would hope you feel comfortable to reach our local core HR team so we can have a discussion about this and learn more. People Operations.
