They fire people without notice - micromanagement - unorganised

Good work-life balance and some great team members

Cons

You can wake up one day and they can tell you that you are fired, without notice and without reason even if you are working many years in the company - they lose trust from employees like this and there is lots of micromanagement from non-technical managers. There are some great people working there, but procedures and structure are not organized well.

I can't imagine a company any better to work for. People, product and the atmosphere make Wrike a perfect place. Even considering that the company is growing really fast, each employee can feel how important he/she is for the company. You get all the perks like free lunch every day, commute compensation and great team events.

Cons

Can't find any. Literally, I love everything about this company. There are some minor cons, but have you ever seen an ideal company?

The old core team are strong professionals, though fewer and fewer of them stay in the company.

Cons

The company has run several rounds of layoffs in recent years, the latest at the beginning of this year, which doesn’t signal stability or a growth phase. Zero investment in employee development has been visible throughout these years. It seems that leadership continues optimization cycles focused on short-term operational goals and execution rather than strategic, long-term growth.
