Pros

Good culture, office managers take good care about you. They really took care about russian office to relocate most part of people in that harsh times, I really appreciate that. And there was a lot of channels and local volunteers to help Ukraine that moment as well from employees all over the world. The level of diversity is very high, I love it!

Cons

All Hands are dead as a thought - it's only "motivational" speches from Marketing to Sales with some addition of numbers and speeches from CEO. Scrum is mostly dead - as everithing is urgent you can't have proper spints, you can't have the level of transparency. Huge tech debt noone (well, almost) care about. Burnt out engineers. Dead motivation to care about your domain. That's makes me feel really sorry and sad. :(

Pros

- I've had the opportunity to build meaningful friendships with some great colleagues. - Flexible work-from-home options are available. - Generous paid time off policy, with 20 days available from the start.

Cons

- Leadership lacks direction and consistency. There is a strong culture of micromanagement, with frequent internal meetings that rarely lead to tangible improvements. - Innovation is stifled—managers are often unreceptive to new ideas, even when they could improve sales performance. - Sales targets are often unrealistic and create unnecessary stress across the team. - Recent mass layoffs have significantly impacted morale and mental well-being. - Collaboration is limited, and some team members demonstrate a lack of accountability and constructive contribution.
