      Management is chaotic The leader tries to save the company afloat by jumping from stratedgy to stradegy. It's stragedy as the result. He's nice guy don't get me wrong but the company have no idea where it's going it seems. Constant overwork and chaos. Mangers pretend they know something but in the reality they don't.

      People are great Culture is awesome Pay is good perks are good esepcially for salaried people in Czechia

      codebase is a big big messy spaghetti technical debt keeps increasing feedback loop is very slow for code, teams etc excuse for microservices is that monolith cant be refactored at all a ton of antipatterns and custom solutions without proper use of frameworks code ownership is broken since almost all people have left and there is huge knowledge gap on top of unreadable code there is need for a ton of coordination that slows everybody down no pair programming or real collaboration not feasible task estimation
