Thank you for your feedback. Wrike has quickly become a go-to software for fortune 500 companies, and we attribute that success not only to our ever evolving product, but also our world-class team. Getting there has required a lot of hard work and tight deadlines, from Wrikers who are doing the best work of their lives, and there is still opportunity ahead of us that calls for even harder work and greater focus. This is why we encourage our team members to take advantage of our unlimited time off, so they can unplug and recharge. We are always keeping our rep’s health and happiness front of mind, which is why we encourage sales reps to take a mental health day each month in addition to their planned PTO. We have also introduced new training and enablement programs which are designed to give sellers the tools they need to achieve and exceed their goals. We wanted to take it a step further so we created a “buddy program” where all new Wrikers are set up with a colleague who will show them the ropes and provide support beyond what our leadership team is already providing.
