      Competitive Salary and Bonus structure Interesting Projects mainly in Power but not limited to this single sector. Schedule Flexibility if needed. Small, friendly team of professionals Good mix of onsite work and office work.

      Cons

      Less than average holidays and vacations days offered.

      Pros

      Good salary, varied projects. Business units are autonomous, which can be a pro or a con depending on the location.

      Cons

      In my experience, there was very little cohesion between offices/business units. PTO is well below industry standard.
