      WME has a great atmosphere. Compensation is above average, even for an employee starting out. Bonuses offered in the form of cash payments, plus an ESOP program that has shown consistently significant growth.

      Good pay. Profficient co workers. Good benefits, employee owned, a lot of different fields to learn. Bonus structure is great.

      Long hours, a lot of traveling, limited training and fast paced learning environment
