Pros

- There's a reason this company has the largest and most loyal client base. Wurk is very good at what it does and truly cares about its customers and employees alike. - I have been at Wurk for a couple of years and the company currently has the best executive team I've come across in my decade-plus of work experience. - Wurk maintains most of its top performers and encourages them through promotions and by moving them into key strategic roles, leading different initiatives. - Strong reporting regimes throughout the organization, from the exec leadership down to those at the earliest stages of their careers. - You'll meet interesting people who are your colleagues, managers, and senior management. - Most people are extremely intelligent, but humble and kind. Wurk really does attract the best people. - Strong, genuine emphasis on diversity and psychological safety in the workplace because they really do understand the power of both. It’s unlike most companies who do it for image

Cons

- Like many early stage companies, Wurk experienced some major growing pains early on. - High-pressured environment with lofty expectations. Over the past year, the company has had no issues separating from what management deems to be weak performers across the organization. They view it as upgrading talent. While this leads to higher performance, it can cause a lot of stress for the employees.

Pros

Wurk is fun, collaborative and there is a great leadership team in place. You will be challenged with workload and projects, but if you are passionate about what you're doing - you will very much enjoy Wurk. Other pros: Dog friendly, snacks, happy hours, benefits, standing desks and work/life balance!

Cons

Being a start-up, there are lots of changes. Be ready to pivot often.

Pros

Remote environment. Some really great people. Founder was kind and genuinely cared his staff.

Cons

Newer CEO ran off or eliminated staff and hired over 10 friends from previous company. Her vision and treatment did not mirror original Founder of Wurk.
