I have been here for nearly a year and consider myself exceptionally fortunate to be a part of the Wurk team. My experience here has been nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I joined, one thing that immediately stood out was the collaborative culture that defines our workplace. I also can't emphasize enough the dedication and care that Wurk invests in both its clients and employees. Unlike other tech / payroll companies I've worked for in the past, we work hand-in-hand with our clients to make sure we are aligned with their needs and expectations. It's no secret cannabis is a tricky sector. We try to provide a multiple of ways for our clients to connect with our company so we have a north start as we continue to add solutions, services, and offerings. The same goes for our employees. The people team does an exceptional job at providing both leadership and employees a multitude of ways to give feedback throughout various times of the year. Not to mention the benefits are phenomenal for a company of this size. No workplace is perfect. But Wurk is a community of like-minded individuals who are dedicated to excellence, both in client service and in supporting one another. Great People Great Leadership Work Life Balance Such a better place to work than it was a few years ago. I left because I got an offer I couldn't refuse but the company is really making strides. Improving in all areas, including quality of service to clients and work life balance for employees. Grateful for my time here and for the people I worked and learned from.
