      They Over Promise and Under Deliver

      Pros

      The cannabis industry is cool

      Cons

      The company is badly managed. They make promises they cant keep to employees and customers. A lot of the customers seem to be angry and just waiting til they have another option to go to. The service team have impossible jobs and are understaffed. Look on LinkedIn to see how many ex employees there are. Way too many for a company this age. And like another person said on here - just do your own research and ask people in the industry what they think. This place has quite a reputation.

      The word pro cannot be applied to this company in any context.

      Cons

      CEO is unqualified to do anything but take investors money. Nobody lasts - employees are either fired or walk away CEO is an egotistical, dishonest, mentally unbalanced child

      Just bad.

      Pros

      Many of the people there are actually really great, but they're all looking for other jobs. The main pro is that Colorado is a right-to-work state and you can leave.

      Cons

      I don't want to go on all day about the "leader" and be snarky, so I'll just leave it at this - do not work here. For potential customers or investors out there, I would recommend you really think about your decision before you buy anything from, or invest in, this company.
