• This is NOT a software company, this is a payroll company. They describe it like a software company but don't buy that, they just resell Kronos (which is not user friendly and their customers don't like).
• Management is pretty lost, this company is constantly reacting to fires instead of proactively managing issues and management team changes frequently.
• They didn't hit their company goals once while I was there which means you won't get your full bonus (if any). Additionally, because of this, they had a 30% layoff. They tried to cover it up and say it was because of COVID but that was an insult to our intelligence.
• The company is consistently trying to take on more than it has the capacity to by selling anyone who is interested (even if they are not going to be a good customer) which leads to an overworked implementation and support team which in turns leads to a bad customer experience and ultimately customer churn.
• No work from home option under normal circumstances. With COVID, employees are allowed to work from home.
• Company culture is weak at best, only really a sense of camaraderie in your own team.
• Micromanagement at it's finest, they will hire you based on your experience but then management will tell you how to do your job even when it's not the best way. They should focus their energy on the bigger picture.
