      - Reasonable compensation - Great Office - Fun team - Great Industry

      Cons

      - Poor leadership - A LOT of turnover - Software isn't great - The company has a lot of people in leadership positions especially for their size - They don't do any sort of development for any of their employees causing both clients and employees to suffer. This especially is hard when they aren't hiring the best people for the job - There is a HUGE lack of transparency between leadership and employees. - This company has no real future

      The people are awesome (with the exception of a couple toxic horrible leaders) Colleges are amazing, intelligent, always willing to jump in wherever needed. Hands down some of the best people I’ve ever worked with!

      Cons

      Where to even start? This company won’t be around by the end of the year. They do not care one bit about employee sanity or well being and will take every last ounce of your blood sweat and tears….. and then some.

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, most of the non management is wonderful. It’s probably the only reason they are still open for business.

      Cons

      Pay is subpar HR is a complete mess Pretty much all of the executive team Work load - most are attempting to do the job of 2+ If you are good, you are not rewarded, only loaded with more work. Company values that are not even closed to being held up, especially by upper management. There honestly too many reasons to list. Check with any of the 100+ that have left within the last three years. This is NOT an exaggeration.
