Pros

Startup environment, encouraging CEO leadership team. If you do your job and do it well you will not be micromanaged. unlimited PTO, fun events, and an energetic environment

Cons

Not a lot of training and a lot of shifting. If you rely on corporate-style structure than this is not the place for you.

Pros

Team Players Self-Motivated Employee's Amazing Mission Dog Friendly

Cons

Self-Training Hands Off Miscommunication Rough Startup Environment Employee's talk about Past Employee's in a Crude Way Managers use Leads as Messengers for Communication Purposes Stand Off-ish Employee's that aren't open to Discussion or Answering Helpful Questions - Many seem to only want to focus on their own job and not assist newer employee's just starting out. Robust Software No Solid Training or Structure - Causing Turnover ( My coworker and I talked about leaving on our 4th day because of thisr eason) Unsuccessful Onboarding Process Lack of Transparency between Coworkers and Leadership Toxic Management Lack of Retirement Plan

Pros

Great people, great location, great PTO policy, there are dogs here every day, SNACKS! It's a great environment, very collaborative very encouraging. If you want to work and grow, you can do that here. The industry is exploding right now, so there's a lot of growth potential.

Cons

The drive is a bit much, but leave early or take the train. They provide parking AND and ECO Pass. Yes, the interview process is a bit long, but completely worth it. It really gives the candidate and interviewer a chance to make sure it's a good fit for both. The more people I interviewed with, the more I wanted to work here.
