Pros

Is seen as a high end property (for now).

Cons

Tips are not what they used to be. Guests are rightfully upset at the lack of relaxed service (understaffing) versus the Resort fee, parking fee, valet fee. What's next a bathroom fee?!

Pros

Employee dining lounge, uniform control center (cleaning)

Cons

No drinking out where I work, employee dining lounge food isn't very good and upsets employees stomachs, management is entitled and judgemental and quick to throw employees under the bus.

Money was decent, Benefits decent

Cons

Corporate world. Lunch sucks. TSA checks as soon as you walk on property and LEAVING as well. They do not care about the BOH employees and they work just as hard.
