      Pros

      Training, Day off after thanksgiving, very little weekend work.

      Cons

      New management is out to prove they belong. No experience in gaming or hospitality. Employees have no management in IT and do not want to do anything unless pushed or threatened. needs to be more proactive and not reactive. Vendor management needs upgrade and vendors need to be best for business and not picked by buddies.

      Pros

      You get to work on a beautiful property where the attention to detail is perfect. Management gets safe and secure parking on property. There are some corporate discounts for gym memberships as well as waived fees when applying for housing (apts; etc). Employee dining room is well maintained and the food is healthy.

      Cons

      They don’t offer rooms discount for employees on a regular basis. Employees are not allowed to use their employee discount for restaurants on the weekend. As far as corporate life I can only speak for the Food and Beverage department and all I can say is there is a lot of turnover. If you don’t like being micromanaged you shouldn’t work here.
