Well-established brand. Got many job offers elsewhere after having Wynn on my resume and deservedly so. Wynn truly is the epitome of 5-star/5-diamond standards and they make their employees learn and execute it every day. Great Employee Dining Room, excellent medical benefits, true pride to say where you work, sexy business cards. Director in my department was excellent. Andrew Pascal was the best President until he bailed in 2010.

Cons

After Pascal left, battled another 3 years under his successor (who will not be named) and couldn't stay any longer. Operations and quality took a painful nosedive, new management was brought in with no actual management skills, some departments dissolved and their work thrown on other departments' shoulders with no raise. Basically, they lost all their best C-Suiters that made that hotel 5-star in the first place, then brought in young hot shots who know nothing but were willing to work for less. Still giving this place high marks for two reasons: 1. I hear Maurice W., a Day One-er, is now President. Good riddance to his predecessor. 2. At the end of the day Wynn and Encore (alongside Bellagio and Aria) are the best casino hotels in the world and everyone knows it.
