Pros

its full time with benefits, with good food in the cdr and only one hour paid lunch its like your in the amazing race because of the long lines. The pay is better for an entry level retail job than in other hotels/casinos in the strip.

Cons

too much micromanagement , Jealousy and back stabbing is common. Not a happy place to work. Too uptight and they are too scared of the Forbes reviewer. They think new hires are dumb when theyre actually NEW HIRES. How will you know the system right away if you are so new to the company.

Pros

Free tickets to shows when business is slow. Christmas gifts every year. Everyone paid the same. “Appreciation” breakfasts and snack available, during special events.

Cons

All managers favorites a certain employee or groups of employees. If you try to bring it up, managers will do nothing about it. HR doesn’t really care about your problems. And takes forever to get back to you. Doctor notes will NEVER save you. Unless you’ve been in the ER. Position transfers never happen unless you kiss up.

Pros

The job itself is simple and you make amazing money for the work being done. Rich people come to this resort and they tip very well most of the time. The atmosphere is beautiful and you're catering to people on vacation so they are generally in a good mood too. The job also offers great healthcare benefits. They also offer more work to anyone who wants it so you can make even more money doing special events.

Cons

Working with a basically all women staff and management is challenging due to unpredictable moods on any given day. The organization overall seems to be looking for a reason to fire you with a constant flow of new memos being posted of new and changing rules that all end with the threat of termination. In fact the walls of the employee areas are plastered with threats of firing you for offenses such as opening the wrong door.
