      Steve Wynn needs to personally hire the management!!

      Pros

      Amazing employee only area underneath the casino with free meal that offers TONS of choices, dry cleaning of uniform and little store that offers discounted stuff from upstairs. Steve Wynn is really an amazing businessman as well!

      Cons

      Management leaves much to be desired. As everyone stated it's about who you know and has nothing to do with your qualifications. One of my managers was one of the most arrogant and belittling person I have ever met. He was reported numerous times to HR and nothing, the main reason I left, I couldn't stand seeing his face everyday.

      Pros

      The resort is beautiful, great benefits and paid lunch meal.

      Cons

      Not every division run by the same policies and procedures. Upper management decides what policies apply to certain individuals. If you disagree, employee relations will not support you as they state it is the decision that division's upper management and that is who they support. Unless you are willing to be their puppet, you are either fired or forced out. Associate salaries are the lowest on the strip. There is no real training other than new hire orientation.

      People are friendly Lots of Work activities Good food for lunch.

      Cons

      Unless you know someone in a higher position, don't expect promotions based on merit. It's mainly based on seniority and favoritism.
