Pros
Some pretty talented and hard-working co-workers
Cons
1. Teams are constantly thrown under the bus for horrible decisions that leadership team makes, and no one from the leadership team has the courage to own it. They always find excuses to make sure the blame is not on them. 2. Zero basic respect from the leadership to employees. They can come in anytime and take over what you're working on and act as the owner of it, they can also overrule anything that has been decided in consensus within the team like flipping a light switch. 3. The show is getting more ridiculous than ever with the recent deal. If there is a Golden Raspberry Award for this industry, it should definitely go to the leadership's office. 4. Horrendous CEO and his "leadership" buddies (e.g. CPO, CMO) . People work their xxx off to make them more money to buy cars and lands. 5. Typical "sweat shop" Chinese company - they like to hire bunch of international students who are on their OPT or H1B knowing that they won't be able to switch jobs easily given their immigration status. 6. Recent positive posts look very suspicious - who would write their own personal Glassdoor reviews and address themselves as "we", are the leaderships getting on here and write ol' fake reviews themselves now?
