      A good place to work overall if you don't mind the fact that the company operates like a startup.

      There's good and bad there, like everywhere else. Hard to move up at times, but other experiences may vary

      Pros

      The main pro and benefit I loved when I started however the main thing was removed - Hybrid schedule (2 days in office and 3 home). My department co-workers were great!

      Cons

      The HR department was good but not director level and above. There were policies and procedures in place however the HR VP and other C-Suite members would fly by the seat of their pants. They will sale you a dream to get you in and let you go as soon as you're in there. Some departments will have leeway and others would fall to the waist side. More hours in office with no addition compensation or added benefits. There are several processes that are completed two or three times in different areas which are unnecessary there needs to be better streamlining.
