      Pros

      Pleasant coworkers. Intelligent people trying their best.

      Cons

      Too much reliance on outsourcing their main business, even still. Extremely shocking disconnect in the realities of the project and basic best business practices. Missing over 90% of their schedule targets and zero ideas how to catch up.
