      Pros

      Its very easy to get job in this company specially if you are Filipino and you will have safe job even you don't perform well.

      Cons

      I worked for 14 months and noticed as completely unorganized company. We can see owner on the floor and did not value any employees. I was always confused to find what is my next job. Production and office both has less pay.

      Pros

      Had a small commission sharing program shared between inside sales team members. I have heard that since I was let go this has been terminated, but I can't confirm that.

      Cons

      Very stressful and adversarial working environment. Owner runs the company on the changing tides of his whims. No one's job is totally safe, and he uses lay-offs and firings as a tool to "shake up" the rest of the staff.
