      This company is likely the absolute worst in the city. Delusional owner with his son following him around all day. Employees all taken advantage of and quite possibly the most toxic culture there is. Stay far far away.

      Cons

      Poor management because it is a family owned business. When problems are encountered they would consume as much time as possible to find the culprit/ cause instead of teaming up to solve the problem. Very low low salary offer even for those who have credentials. Low salary increase not even enough for tax increases.
