Pros

Consistent with raises and tries to keep everyone safe with various daily subjects in morning meetings.

Cons

It's a business, I understand, but they put the client significantly higher than the employees that support the business. They do not give high precedence to transferring within, or more the locations to transfer to are highly scrutinous and less likely to take a mid-range pay employee and more likely to take from the lowest echelons.

Pros

As stated starting wages were very good at entry level. At my particular building it was very lax and as long as you did your work management didn't hassle you. There wasn't a whole lot of overtime or anything not a pro or a con just my particular building.

Cons

The building I was in was waaay behind the times and used paper instead of RF creating a lot of down time and too many hands on a product. Management didnt seem to follow rules they set for employees nor did they really seem too keen on being out in the warehouse making them not know what goes on too easily.

Pros

Travel opportunities, Endless networking, Support from within the company is amazing! We always care for each other.

Cons

Third Party Logistics is not for the faint of heart. Longevity is always in question however, XPO cares about their associates and will always find a place for the associates.
