XPO has grown faster than almost any other company on the planet. There is a never ending supply of potential for personal growth. I personally walked away from an upper management career at another company, because of the stability that XPO offers.

Cons

As the company expands, the communication gets harder and harder to maintain. the company needs to Continue to focus on communicating with our employees.
