Insurance average at best. 401k match is a joke. A bonus structure that is impossible to hit (need to increase EBITDA by 42% to hit bonus/We actually improved 21% which is really good but still no bonus). Did I mention number 1 most profitable terminal!! Poor customer service. Operational changes that give a bad customer experience. Hires outside candidates and doesn't promote from within.

Working with different departments and getting them to work together is a struggle. Each department has their own way of doing things which creates confusion, delays, and inconsistencies. Getting your work computer is a big pain as there are never ready with everything the employee needs. There's also no training or instruction documents on how things work if you're hired. Processes are stuck as old methodologies are used.
