Pros

The salary is average in the market place.

Cons

There is no on boarding process or support from management. I was given several clients who were already unsatisfied with the manner in which they were treated and no support from management or training on the application. It is expected that you will work long hours and travel on a moments notice. I had my first panic attack while working here, then my second. There is no respect for the employee. I have never before been "yelled" at during my career.

Pros

Very Little, the CEO has a great personality but doesn't have a clue at the field level

Cons

The only direction this company has is to see how much the executive staff can line their pockets, and they don't care one bit about their employees or who they step on to get there. They are tearing the LTL division apart one block at a time, Stay as far away as you can from these clowns. There is no work/life balance, only work/work balance
