Pros

Some of the people who worked there were great people. SOME. Great place to spin your wheels and go absolutely nowhere with your career. Leaving this company was the greatest decision I have ever made.

Cons

Not going to waste my time making a list so I will only write a few. Team leads will fire you then take your accounts for themselves after you have worked hard to get them. You must make 100 calls every day and if you only make 99 they will tear you apart. You make empty promises to every customer you acquire and will maybe, MAYBE cover 1 out of every 10 loads or opportunities you get. This place is a classic hire fresh out of college graduates, pay them next to nothing, work them until they are burnt out, then fire them after 6 months if that. Any of the positive reviews on here are the select few people who got lucky because accounts were handed to them so now they are making decent money. Don't ever expect to get promoted at this company. POS

Pros

Working for this 3pl will open your eyes to the meaning "go along to get along " you will leave with a better understanding.

Cons

No consistent management, Safety is out the window when it comes to #s. HR refuses to address corporate bullies. Temps are promised FT and when questioning why they dont recieve assignment ends. Process flaws are looked past and wrote off as 1 off.

Pros

Pay is good, benefits decent but not great.

Cons

HR senior manager who started in High Point in 2018 is a buffoon. A slovenly lazy pig who does not respond unless you're a senior executive. Pions are afraid to speak up because HR has the power to eliminate your job if you're not in the "club." The "club" is an unprofessional joke of a group who goes out drinking after hours gossiping and disparaging hard working professionals that speak up against unfairness and unethical behaviors. Many unprofessional relationships prevent fairness. HR is pals with senior recruiting executives and if they don't like you, you're screwed.
