Pros

Inclusive culture and fresh ideas welcomed. Ability to improve/streamline processes. Development and progression encouraged (I have been promoted 3 times). Within finance there is a positive focus on internal development and progression, we also sponsor qualifications for employees.

Cons

Hard to think of many, perhaps the car park at head office could do with expanding!

Pros

Starting on the Apprenticeship scheme was a huge step in my career, especially joining a company of such big size. However with good leadership skills from managers and the help of team members it was made very easy for me to pick skills up and learn new things thanks to their help.

no downsides to working for xpo
