      Start up company growing fast. Opportunity to grow..kinda.

      Overworked and no appreciation from management. If you defend yourself, you will inevitably be let go.

      Pros

      Loved the involvement I had with people around the world. I enjoyed my hands on experience with some things.

      Cons

      You are a 3PL, so your hands on may be a bit limited considering you're the middle man of the operations. This can be a plus for some, but I wanted more out of it.

      Pros

      An abundance of job autonomy and an environment where innovation and creativity are actively encouraged. Company prides itself on working at pace and making decisions very quickly. Executive team are both approachable and engaging. Continued contract wins have led to continued growth. Company really invest in their employees with learning and development a major focus. Impressive Apprenticeship and Graduate schemes within the company. Everyone's ideas are welcomed - regardless of job level. Head Office in Northampton is open plan, including approachable senior leaders - nobody hides away in offices.

      Cons

      As with all logistics company's, the shifts can sometimes be unfavourable
