Xpo really try to move staff forward with training,mentoring and promotions. Work hard and you can find what you really want in a job

Cons

Now a really big company and can be hard to find synergies between different sections

XPO Logistics creates a friendly environment to work in. It hold its employees at the heart of what it does. The career opportunities offered by XPO Logistics are incredible with way to progress your personal and career development.

Engagement - never know a company so committed to engaging with their staff Safety - very clear focus with all colleagues involved in ensuring the site is safe People - Not met anyone yet who hasn't been welcoming and friendly

Cons

A few minor ones that the company are always keen to resolve
