Management that supports you and wants you to succeed. Focus on your growth, and offer trainings. FTO. The people are fun.

Cons

Transferring to other department not always an option.

Great people but low pay, bad tech, and no morale or inspiration for the product

Pros

Truly fun people to work with in my department at least. Some of the benefits like good snacks/drinks, a flashy new Denver office with *gasp* an open staircase from one floor to the next. Regular company events with plenty of drinking. Unlimited vacation and no one makes you feel bad for using it.

Cons

Lack of ambition due to a lack of opportunity. Bad comp from the base to the variable pay to the joke of 1k per year for 401k match. Possibly the least inspiring product line of all time that is apparently so bad our own sales teams don’t use it. A CEO who tries his best but doesn’t want to actually listen to outside input or hear criticism. Regularly told unhappy employees to quit and leave rather than voice their opinions or urge positive change. CHRO who pressures her team to push through hires so she gets her own bonus
