      Pros

      High growth and exciting company with a great reputation in the Denver market. Xactly offers lots of opportunity for growth and advancement in an extremely fun and supportive culture. The team is great and filled with smart people who passionate about the product and willing to help their peers succeed. It's the best company I've worked for to date and I hope to be a part of it for many years to come.

      Cons

      They work through growing pains occasionally as does any high growth company, but they are extremely receptive to change and always striving to do their best for the company and employees.

      Pros

      Great culture. The software is truly disruptive and changing the way that sales organizations look at incentive compensation. As such, the senior leadership primarily have sales backgrounds and they truly invested in providing compensation plans that fuel their sales team to drive the business forward.

      Cons

      Normal pains of a growing business. Policies evolve to reflect the evolving needs of the business and some reps have trouble dealing with that.
