      Pros

      Xactly has proven to have great product, great vision, great people, and a very real family atmosphere. Everyone is dedicated to the cause and seem to genuinely care deeply about the company. Absolutely love this place.

      Cons

      As a somewhat small and rapidly growing company, process is sometimes not what it should be. Health insurance seems to be a little on the pricey side and is under par.

      Pros

      Most of the people at the company try and live by the core CARE values. The products are solid and customer retention is high. Xactly has a pretty good work life balance. A great place to work if you are in engineering, sales or marketing. Fun extra hours stuff. CEO walks around a lot.

      Cons

      Sometimes, middle management gets stuck in their operating silos. I wish there was more employee training. I hope we put more resources into our data platform.

      I met some great people there.

      Cons

      Senior management will make the company out to be the greatest software since Salesforce. There is no marketing support for sales reps who are under constant pressure and scrutiny. Account Executives are under paid for the work expected out of them. Micro management is their style and if you respectfully disagree with a team lead they will turn on you and throw you under the buss to make up for their lack of vision and execution. It is a very political culture as well in that if you are not a relative or a buddy of senior management you are going nowhere fast. They really expect you to dedicate your life to the company...half the time the software doesn't even work and implementation team is a mess. Culture is their thing but I will tell you that 90% of my colleagues hated their jobs.

      Thank you for your candid feedback. I'm sorry that your experience at Xactly was not a good one. While we strive to be a Great Place to Work, and are regularly recognized as such, sometimes its not the right fit for everyone. One of the things that employees tell me all the time is how much they enjoy the culture and the work/life balance. I will look into your feedback to ensure that we "walk the talk".
