It is product company with main product incent, benifit are better than service company.

There is no yearly hike from last 2 year .People joined September 2022 still waiting to get first Appraisal. HR saying it is 6 month cycle in interview. But no transparency maintained in the process. It is postponed at last minute. Variable Pay which part of CTC is not paid fully because of company performance Lot of cost cutting measure Like insurance policy changed which was good earlier Due to current market there is 2-3 round of lay off. Xactly fitness allowances is not provided for first 6 month this also benifit with extra conditions will be added when your claiming
