Don’t really have any to speak of

Technicians are expected to be tactful, polite, and respectful to customers yet Management does not apply the same to the techs. At times their language tends to be blunt, insensitive, and condescending. We're stretched to the limit as many have left the company and since there's so few left we have to spread out and fill in the gaps. We're still expected to perform to the best of our abilities but not considering our situation. There are also signs of favoritism where managers favor one specific employee over others, or even to the point of making that person feel discriminated against due to race, gender, or belief.
